How to start a return

Email contact@try5toe.com with your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. The address on a parcel or shipping label may not be the correct return address.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us when you notice an issue so we can help. Include your order number and, if relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return has been processed. We will let you know when a refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account.

For items purchased in a discounted pack, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned items, taking the applicable offer into account.
